Rights

All material on this Site is owned by us or used with the owner's consent. You may print for personal, non-commercial use; all other copying is prohibited.

2. Services Offered

Year End Accounts, Self Assessment, Bookkeeping, VAT Returns, Payroll (PAYE), Corporation Tax, Capital Gain Tax & Inheritance Tax, Pensions, and Practice Outsourcing.

3. User Obligations

Provide accurate information and timely documentation to enable service completion.

4. Payment Terms

• One-off Assignments: Payment required before submission; drafts provided for approval. Non-payment leads to non-submission, with liability on the client.
• Companies/Accounting Practice: Invoices on the 23rd each month; due within 7 days. Two-month overdue leads to service suspension until payments update.

5. Intellectual Property

All content/designs are owned by Direct Business Ltd. Commissioned works are transferred with full ownership.

6. Limitation of Liability

We accept liability only for our negligence. No responsibility for penalties due to late submissions if fees are unpaid or documentation is late/incomplete.

To the fullest extent permitted, we exclude liability for any loss/damage from using or being unable to use this Site, including viruses or errors, whether arising from our negligence or otherwise.

8. Termination Clause

• Companies/Accounting Practice: Minimum two months' notice.
• One-off Assignments: Inform us if you switch accountants.

Outstanding payments must be settled before transferring data. We may retain data until full payment.

10. Amendments

We may amend these terms at any time.

11. Dispute Resolution

Parties agree to attempt mediation before legal action.
